Why we are family first
Our owners had a rough upbringing with family troubles, and even later in life had a horrible work-life balance. For that reason, they decided that they wanted to create a company where its not just family owned, but family first. They implemented paid vacations, strict working hours (so as not to overwork the teams), family gatherings at each location, and more! Ultimately, they created a place where they would love to work at themselves.
