We require a 10% deposit prior to work. This cost is refundable up to October 15th. After that, we cannot refund it due to having already ordered materials and the cost of administrative time associated with your project.
For the best results and to protect your investment, we recommend having your holiday lights and decorations installed only for special events and holidays. Leaving them up year-round exposes them to the elements, which can lead to damage and wear. While we use premium-quality lights, constant UV exposure can compromise their durability over time.

As a Cookies Christmas Lights customer, you won't need to worry about storing your holiday lights and decorations, as all of the equipment is our own: we lease it to you! We offer a convenient, year-round storage service. We'll safely and securely store all the decorations—from lights to large lawn décor like light-up reindeer or holiday-themed signs—and transport them back to your property for another exciting display next year. Or you could choose to go with something different every year!
